Vestas Secures 43 MW Project in Germany

Vestas has bagged an order from SAB WindTeam GmbH for the Bockenem project in Lower Saxony, Germany. The order includes seven V162-6.2 MW wind turbines, covering supply, delivery, and commissioning. Post-installation, Vestas will provide comprehensive 25-year servicing through the Active Output Management 5000 (AOM 5000) agreement, ensuring peak performance. Turbine delivery is expected in the third quarter of 2024 and the commissioning is scheduled for the second quarter of 2025.
