Voltalia Appoints Bertrand Cousin and Alexis Grolin to Board, Strengthening Renewable Energy Strategy

Voltalia, an international leader in renewable energy, announces the appointment of two new members to its Board of Directors. These appointments were confirmed by shareholders during the company’s Annual General Meeting on May 15, 2025.

Following the AGM, Voltalia is pleased to welcome Bertrand Cousin as an independent Board member, replacing Alain Papiasse, and Alexis Grolin to the Board.

After the expansion of his professional responsibilities, Alain Papiasse decided to step down from his position. Bertrand Cousin joins as an independent director and will serve as the Chairman of the Audit Committee, succeeding Alain Papiasse. With over 30 years of experience in the banking sector, both in France and internationally, Cousin has led teams specializing in asset financing and infrastructure projects. His independent perspective and comprehensive understanding of global financial challenges will be instrumental in supporting Voltalia’s strategy.
