Shoreline Wind, the only dedicated AI-powered platform for managing the full lifecycle of wind farms, has announced a new partnership with ENEOS Renewable Energy (ERE), one of Japan’s leading offshore wind developers. The collaboration aims to enhance efficiency across ERE’s offshore wind projects by streamlining planning, construction, and operations through Shoreline’s digital platform.
ERE will implement Shoreline’s technology across its current offshore developments, addressing challenges such as complex logistics, unpredictable weather, and supply chain constraints. The platform integrates project simulation, planning, and long-term operations and maintenance into a unified system, helping developers optimize project delivery.
The partnership aligns with Japan’s ambitious renewable energy strategy. Under its 7th Strategic Energy Plan, the country targets 10 GW of offshore wind by 2030 and 30–45 GW by 2040. Achieving these goals will require advanced planning tools and greater efficiency across the supply chain.
“Shoreline’s platform gives us a new level of insight and control to tackle the complexities of offshore development,” said an ERE spokesperson. “It will help us create more efficient and cost-effective strategies for construction and long-term operations while supporting Japan’s offshore wind ambitions.”
Ole-Erik Endrerud, Founder and Chief Product Officer at Shoreline Wind, added: “Our platform simplifies offshore wind operations, mitigating risks and uncovering hidden efficiencies. We’re excited to support ERE in accelerating Japan’s offshore wind targets.”
With more than 50 global developers and OEMs already using its solutions, Shoreline Wind continues to strengthen its position as a trusted partner in the global wind sector.
