Juniper Green Energy Signs 25-Year PPA with GUVNL for 50 MW Wind Project in Gujarat

Juniper Green Energy Limited has announced that its subsidiary, Juniper Green BESS Delta Private Limited, has signed a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (GUVNL) for the development of a 50 MW wind energy project in Gujarat.

The PPA, signed on November 7, 2025, is valid for 25 years. Under the agreement, Juniper Green Energy will develop the project, which is scheduled to begin supplying power from November 6, 2027.

“We are proud to partner with GUVNL on this project,” said Ankush Malik, Chief Executive Officer, Juniper Green Energy. “This PPA reinforces our commitment to expanding renewable energy capacity across India and demonstrates our capability to deliver sustainable power solutions.”

This new agreement strengthens Juniper Green Energy’s growing renewable portfolio. Earlier, in September 2025, the company signed a PPA with Tata Power for a 70 MW Firm and Dispatchable Renewable Energy (FDRE) project to supply clean power in Maharashtra.
