ACME Solar Commissions 12 MW Wind Capacity In Gujarat As Part Of 100 MW Project

ACME Solar Holdings Limited has formally informed the stock exchanges about an important development in its ongoing renewable energy initiatives. In a disclosure submitted to BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India on January 6, 2026, the company confirmed that its subsidiary, ACME Eco Clean Energy Private Limited, has received the official Certificate of Commissioning for a 12 MW segment of its wind power project. The certification was issued by the Gujarat Energy Development Agency on the same date. This certification means that the 12 MW capacity is now recognized as fully commissioned and operational.

The 12 MW addition is part of a larger 100 MW wind power project that the company is developing in Gujarat. The project is spread across multiple village locations, including Sokhda, Garambhadi, and Piparali in Sayla Taluka of Surendranagar district. This update follows earlier disclosures made by the company on December 16 and December 24, 2025, which provided progress updates on the stages of development and commissioning. The new milestone shows steady advancement as the company moves toward completing the full project capacity.

The disclosure was made in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015, which mandates timely and accurate updates on significant corporate developments. ACME Solar Holdings Limited, based in Gurugram, Haryana, stated that the notification was authorized and signed by Rajesh Sodhi, who serves as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. The successful commissioning of this portion of the project highlights the company’s continued efforts to increase its renewable energy generation footprint in Gujarat and contribute to India’s broader clean energy goals.
