Voltalia has divested the full ownership of operational Sarry and Molinons wind farms (33.1 MW) in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté.
Sarry has a Corporate PPA, Molinons benefits from a public feed-in tariff. Voltalia will provide 20-year maintenance and administrative management services. The company will continue its strategy, developing a 16.1 GW pipeline of future renewable energy projects, maintaining 2.3 GW, constructing 0.4 GW, and managing 4.6 GW for third-party clients.
