Vestas is pleased to announce an order from Eolenerg Project SRL in Romania as part of its Q4 intake. The project, named Sacele, is located in Constanta County and will have a total capacity of 50 MW. Vestas will supply three V150-4.0 MW turbines and nine V150-4.2 MW turbines, providing advanced wind energy solutions tailored for the country.
The order also includes a 20-year AOM5000 service agreement, ensuring optimized maintenance and performance over the long term. Delivery of the turbines is scheduled to begin in Q3 2025, with commissioning expected in Q4 2025. This project further reinforces Vestas’ commitment to expanding sustainable energy capacity across the EMEA region and supporting Romania’s renewable energy goals.
