At its December 2 meeting, the Board of Directors commended Sébastien Clerc for his 13 years of leadership, dedication, and embodiment of Voltalia’s mission and values. Following a recommendation from the Compensation Committee, the Board approved the appointment of Robert Klein as CEO, effective January 1, 2025.
Robert Klein, who launched Voltalia’s operations in Brazil in 2006, has been instrumental in establishing the company as a major player in renewable energy within the country. Currently overseeing activities in Latin America and North Africa, his extensive experience and unwavering commitment position him well to guide Voltalia’s continued growth, enhance profitability, and uphold its mission and values.
