Nordex Group Sees 82% Surge in Q2 2025 Orders, Secures 2.3 GW Across Nine Markets

In the second quarter of 2025, the Nordex Group recorded 2,310 MW of new orders in its Projects segment (excluding service), marking an 82% increase compared to the same period in 2024 (Q2 2024: 1,271 MW). This brings total order intake for the first half of 2025 to 4,492 MW, up from 3,357 MW during the first half of the previous year.

From April to June 2025, customers placed orders for 350 wind turbines across nine countries, with Germany, Türkiye, and Latvia emerging as the most active markets. The average selling price (ASP) per megawatt rose to EUR 0.97 million in Q2 2025, bringing the H1/2025 average to EUR 0.92 million/MW—an improvement over H1/2024’s ASP of EUR 0.89 million/MW. “Building on a strong start to the year, we continued to deliver solid performance in the second quarter, leading to a total of 4.5 GW in new orders during the first half – all at stable pricing. This consistent momentum reflects the strength of our business model and the strategic direction we’ve taken. Looking ahead, we remain focused on our core markets and are very confident in our ability to sustain this positive trajectory”, said José Luis Blanco, CEO of the Nordex Group.”
