In December 2023, the Nordex Group secured three orders totaling 150 MW from undisclosed clients in Scotland. The projects involve the installation of N149/5.X and N133/4.8 turbines, with each wind farm set to feature these cutting-edge technologies. The customers’ identities and wind farm names remain confidential.
Scheduled for construction in 2026, all three wind farms will be situated in northern Scotland. The Nordex Group plans to deploy the turbines on tubular steel towers with hub heights ranging from 83 to 125 meters.
