Youwind Renewables, a prominent provider of web-based solutions for optimizing early-stage offshore wind development, announces Acciona Energía, a global leader in renewable energy, as its latest adopter. With nearly three decades of experience in wind farm development, Acciona Energía seeks to expand into offshore wind, utilizing Youwind’s advanced tools since 2023.
These tools include Pixel for site selection and Pixel Park for rapid wind farm layout generation, considering bathymetry, geography, and various technical and financial parameters. Pixel Park enables detailed modeling of layouts, incorporating redundancy measures for enhanced resilience.
