Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Limited has taken a significant step toward expanding its renewable energy portfolio by entering into a Term Sheet with Envision Energy India Private Limited for the procurement of wind turbine generators (WTGs).
The decision was approved by Clean Max’s Risk Management Committee at its meeting held on August 28, 2026. Under the proposed domestic arrangement, Clean Max will procure 310 wind turbine generators, each with a capacity of 5 MW. The total procurement will therefore amount to 1,550 MW of wind power capacity.
In addition to supplying the wind turbines, Envision Energy India will provide technical support, supervision, and commissioning services for the projects. These services are expected to support the successful installation and operationalization of the turbines at project sites across India.
The companies plan to execute definitive agreements in seven phases following the signing of the Term Sheet. The phased agreements are scheduled to be completed before December 31, 2028, allowing the large-scale procurement and project implementation to progress in a structured manner.
Clean Max stated that the transaction does not qualify as a related party transaction. The company also confirmed that neither its promoter nor promoter group entities have any interest in Envision Energy India. The agreement is being executed on an arm’s length basis.
The Risk Management Committee meeting began at 3:30 p.m. and concluded at 5:25 p.m. Following the meeting, Clean Max submitted the required disclosures to BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India in accordance with SEBI Listing Regulations.
The 1,550 MW procurement marks an important addition to Clean Max’s renewable energy expansion plans and strengthens its focus on developing large-scale wind power capacity in India.
