Suzlon Energy, a renewable energy solutions provider, said it has secured an order to develop 48.3 MW wind power project from Adani Green Energy.
Suzlon Energy will install 23 units their wind turbine generators (WTGs), each with a Hybrid Lattice Tubular tower (HLT) and a rating of 2.1 MW capacity each. The project is located near Mandvi in Kutch Gujarat. It is expected to be completed in 2023.
Adani Green Energy Ltd has placed this repeat order, it is in addition to its existing order of 225.6 MW, which was announced last August.
The order’s monetary value was not specified by the company.
Suzlon will manage the project, including supply, installation and commissioning. Suzlon will also offer maintenance and post-commissioning services.
Recently Suzlon Group has received an order to develop 144.9 MW wind power projects for Aditya Birla Group.
