Vestas, a Danish wind turbine manufacturer, and Vibrant Energy, an Indian renewable energy company, have signed a deal for two wind projects in India. The agreement involves Vestas supplying and overseeing the installation of 36 V155-3.6 MW turbines in India.
This is the second order Vestas has received from Vibrant in India in less than a year. The order, worth 130 MW, will enable Vibrant Energy to enhance its product offering for wind-solar hybrid power projects for corporate customers.

Delivery of the turbines is expected to start in the fourth quarter of 2023, while commissioning of all turbines is expected to be completed by the second quarter of 2024. With this order, Vestas continues to strengthen its position as a reliable and trusted partner in sustainable energy solutions in India.
