NTPC Renewable Energy Limited Releases Tender for Supply of Wind Turbine Generators for ISTS-Connected Wind Energy Project with 110 MW Nominal Capacity

NTPC Renewable Energy Limited (NTPC REL) is calling for online bids from qualified bidders on a Single Stage Two Envelope basis (Envelope-I: Techno-Commercial Bid and Envelope-II: Price Bid) for the Supply and Installation of Wind Turbine Generators for an ISTS-Connected Wind Energy Project with a Nominal Capacity of 110 MW at Khavda NTPC RE Park.

The scope of work includes the detailed design, engineering, micro-siting, manufacturing, supply, erection, installation, testing, and commissioning of the latest RLMM listed Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs) within the designated wind farm area. These WTGs should have a rating of 2.7MW or higher, contributing to a Wind Energy Project with a Nominal Capacity of 110MW in the specified region at Khavda, NTPC RE Park, Gujarat.

Additionally, Comprehensive Operation & Maintenance service for a duration of ten (10) years for the supplied system included in this package, encompassing the WTGs with USS, beginning from the project commissioning. This service entails the provision of all spare parts, consumables, and necessary repairs/replacements for any defective equipment.

The deadline to submit the online bids is May 7, 2024, with bid opening schedule for the same day.

The cost of bidding document is Rs 22,500.

The bidders must submit the bid security amount of Rs 10 crore along with their bid.

The Bidder must be a manufacturer of a Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) model with a minimum rating of 2700 kW, listed in the latest RLMM (Revised List of Models and Manufacturers) issued by MNRE (Ministry of New and Renewable Energy) before the date of the techno-commercial bid opening.

The Bidder’s average annual turnover should be at least INR 270 Crores (Indian Rupees Two Hundred Seventy Crores) for any three (03) financial years within the past five (05) financial years, as of the date of the opening of the techno-commercial bid.
