NHPC Invites Bids for 50 MW Wind Power Project in Jaisalmer

NHPC Ltd has announced an invitation for bids for the “Sale of Power from 50 MW Wind Power Project, Jaisalmer” through an online bidding process. Interested bidders are required to participate via the Domestic Competitive Bidding in a Single Stage-Two Part system, comprising a Techno-Commercial Bid and a Financial Bid, followed by an e-Forward Auction (e-FA).

Bidding documents can be accessed and downloaded from the Central Public Procurement (CPP) Portal at eprocure.gov.in Participants must register online for e-tendering to download the tender documents. Submissions must be made online by the specified deadlines, as physical copies will not be accepted. The tender includes a bid security of Rs. 52,00,000 and a bid document cost of Rs. 5900, inclusive of GST, payable at Faridabad.

Key dates for the tender include the bid publishing on April 26, 2024, and document downloading starting the same day. The deadline for bid queries is May 7, followed by a pre-bid meeting on May 10. Online bid submissions will commence on May 24 and close on June 7. Offline submissions must be completed by June 10. The online and offline technical bids will be opened on June 12 at the NHPC office in Faridabad. The opening date for the financial bids will be announced later to qualified bidders.
