Envision Energy India Private Limited has launched its latest innovation, the EN 182/5MW onshore platform, at the prestigious WindEnergy Hamburg 2024 event. This advanced platform is set to revolutionize wind energy production, boosting annual energy output (AEP) by more than 40% compared to the company’s existing EN 156/3.3MW model. The new turbine offers increased operational efficiency, with enhanced temperature tolerance of up to 50°C and 98% uptime in high wind conditions, further showcasing Envision’s commitment to technological advancement.

Since entering the Indian market in 2017 with the EN 131/2.5MW turbine, Envision has rapidly gained customer trust through its high-quality and reliable performance. The company’s EN 156/3.3MW platform, launched in 2021, garnered widespread acclaim from 21 independent power producers (IPPs) and facilitated projects across six states. Now, Envision is focused on delivering its next-generation EN 182/5MW platform by Q1 2026, with research and development already underway.

Additional Features
The new platform not only promises improved energy output but also introduces advanced smoke and fire detection systems. Envision is also stepping up its localization efforts, with plans to increase domestic content from 60% in the EN 156/3.3MW platform to 75%, ensuring a robust and resilient supply chain.
