Vestas has announced a new order from ABO Energy as part of its Q2 order intake. The order is for the 48 MW Schierenberg wind project located in Germany.
The project will feature Vestas’ V150-6.0 MW turbines and includes a 20-year Active Output Management 5000 (AOM 5000) service agreement. Turbine delivery and commissioning are scheduled for 2026.
This order further strengthens Vestas’ presence in the EMEA region and highlights ongoing collaboration with ABO Energy to support Germany’s renewable energy goals.
