JSW Energy, through its subsidiary Energizent Power Private Limited, has signed a 25-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with NHPC Limited for a 300 MW solar-wind hybrid project located in Rajasthan and Andhra Pradesh. The project will connect to the Inter-State Transmission System and supply energy at a fixed tariff of ₹3.49 per kilowatt-hour. It is expected to be commissioned within 24 months.
