Enel announces that Enel Green Power España (EGPE), a subsidiary of the Group controlled through Endesa, has completed the acquisition of 37.5% and 25% stakes in Cetasa from Caja Rural de Soria and Caja Rural de Navarra, respectively. Cetasa owns 99 MW of operational wind farms in Spain’s Soria province—producing around 240 GWh annually—and an additional 30 MW of wind projects under development.

With this transaction, EGPE now owns 100% of Cetasa. The deal values the company at approximately €60 million (enterprise value on a 100% basis), subject to customary adjustments. Once fully integrated, the acquisition is expected to contribute roughly €10 million in annual EBITDA to EGPE.

The move aligns with the Enel Group’s strategy to grow renewable generation capacity, including through brownfield acquisitions. As of H1 2025, Endesa’s consolidated net installed renewable capacity stands at approximately 10.8 GW.
