NTPC Renewable Energy Limited (NTPC REL) invites online bids from eligible bidders for Development Package (BOS with Land) of ISTS Connected Wind Energy Projects up to Capacity of 720 MW Anywhere in India.
Scope of work includes detailed design, engineering, micro-siting, manufacturing, supply, erection, testing, commissioning, and proving the guaranteed performance parameters for installation of the offered wind farm starting from 33kV internal evacuation lines from unit substation, pooling substation, Central monitoring and control station (CMCS), reactive power compensating devices Wind monitoring mast(s), external EHV transmission line till ISTS substation etc.
Last Date and Time for receipt of bids comprising both Techno-Commercial Bid and Price Bid 04.03.2022 15:00:00 (IST)
To qualify the bidder must have planned, supplied, overseen the erection, and commissioned a minimum of 40 MW of wind generating projects at a single location. One project should have been of 10 MW or higher capacity at a single location with the related civil and electrical works, out of the total capacity. Alternatively, the bidder shall be a developer of grid-connected wind power projects with a total capacity of 40 MW or more, including at least one project with a capacity of 10 MW or more at a single location.
