INKEL Renewable Energy Private Limited (INKEL RE) has announced a call for proposals for the development of a wind farm at Palakkad, Kerala. The Expression of Interest (EOI), referenced as EOI/INKEL-RE/2024/WTG/001, invites qualified manufacturers of wind energy generators and EPC contractors to participate in the empanelment process. Interested parties are encouraged to submit their proposals online by September 20, 2024.
The scope of work includes designing, supplying, erecting, testing, and commissioning a 14 MW wind power project, with an allowance for a 10% variance. The project will cover the entire process from logistics to power evacuation up to the pooling station, including a performance guarantee and a ten-year operation and maintenance period.
A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for August 29, 2024, to address queries. Proposals should adhere to the eligibility criteria detailed in the EOI document, which includes specific experience and financial qualifications. The submission will be reviewed based on the provided documentation and compliance with the outlined criteria.
INKEL RE, a subsidiary of INKEL Limited, aims to create a comprehensive database of potential contractors to streamline future wind farm development initiatives.
